Campaign goal was to re-energized the customer with a care ritual including a new
Anti-ageing Hand Therapy product.
We introduced a "Hand Care Masterclass" which was a complete in-store demonstration of each of the components of the ritual, offering a trans-formative experience that crossed generations and genders.

Budget allowed for stock photography use, or the re-use of existing assets –this campaign blended both.
​
The campaign relied on a strong benefit-focused headline messages and a full set of digital activations including home page design, multiple email templates, small banner ads and social ready for posting.
Worked remotely with London-based Marketing Team and freelance copywriters. All assets and Guidelines were distributed to 11 global markets for local integration.
