Interesting Tid Bits

The goal was to create new and unique direct mail formats to test against existing formats with members of the CVS ExtraCare Loyalty Program.

 

These pieces had to fit within current CVS Brand Guidelines and be very cost-effective to produce.

​

The fold-out Free Item coupon outperformed all other pieces, but customers also responded strongly to the large ExtraCare card and the "Crystal Ball" concepts.
