C&E delivered direct mail campaigns to their Preferred Customers twice a year - at Mother's Day and Christmas - or, for the launch of a new product range. Direct Mail drove our highest valued customers into the stores and consistently raised our average dollar sale.
Postcard formats included perfed coupons and became the go-to format. We increased the stock weight and added a soft-touch varnish to bring this more commercial format in line with C&E's Brand values.
The "Taste of the Holidays" piece focused on holiday entertaining and decorating ideas using C&E product. Center panels included perfed pieces with gift suggestions and a holiday recipe. Art directed the location photoshoot.

The Mother's Day / Flower Market piece was shot entirely in-house and includes extensive Photoshop composition - a full background and gift sets were added post.
